- Hydrogen to lead the design and development of advanced testing solutions for rail systems. Oversee scalable laboratory operations to support multiple rail projects and ensure testing capacity meets future demands. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and project teams to align testing protocols and share best practices across departments. Ensure reliability of test results by implementing rigorous quality controls and maintaining compliance with industry standards. Drive innovation by introducing new testing methodologies and technologies to enhance system performance and safety. Promote knowledge sharing through training sessions, documentation, and mentorship to build a culture of continuous improvement. Direct experience managing or working within a hydrogen laboratory environment. experience:
The role requires management capability, including oversight of technical personnel and operation of laboratory facilities. Proficiency in hydrogen laboratory instrumentation, data analysis, and test automation systems relevant to rail transportation. Electrical and facilities knowledge: Electrical installations Digital communications systems Facility-related systems, including laboratory support infrastructure such as chiller loops Strong understanding of safety standards, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance in rail or similar systems. Excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skills; Timely delivery of test results and achievement of strategic project milestones. The expected compensation for this role is $95,000
- $125,000 CAD per year, plus benefits and eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
