Key Responsibilities
• Create and oversee curriculum and assessment strategies
• Support faculty in curriculum integration and delivery
• Monitor and evaluate educational programs for effectiveness
• Collaborate with stakeholders to innovate teaching methods
• Facilitate continuous improvement in learning experiences
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree or PhD in relevant discipline preferred
• Minimum 4 years designing educational initiatives
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
