Order Picker
At Pete's Frootique & Fine Foods, we're committed to providing our customers with the freshest products and exceptional service. As an Order Picker , you'll play an important role in ensuring every order is carefully selected, accurately prepared, and ready for delivery to customers throughout Halifax and beyond.

What You'll Do
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders in a timely manner.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet Pete's high standards for freshness and quality.
- Communicate with customers by phone to confirm orders, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain organized, accurate, and efficient order fulfillment processes.
- Assist with inventory organization and stock rotation as needed.
- Follow all food safety and workplace health and safety procedures.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support other store operations and perform additional duties as required.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Produce experience is considered an asset but is not required.
- Flexibility to work a changing schedule based on business needs, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
