- Enforce compliance with Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs)
- Manage Quality Assurance and Safety Management programs
- Supervise and train Aircraft Maintenance Engineers
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and safety procedures
- Maintain communication with regulatory authorities
- AME Licence or equivalent experience required
- 10 years of aircraft maintenance background
- Leadership and organizational expertise
- Knowledge of maintenance control systems and safety
- Experience with helicopter models is an asset
