Embark on your sales journey with Red Bull as a Sales Trainee, focusing on route support and customer interactions across diverse retail environments. As a Sales Trainee with Red Bull Canada, you will play a vital role in supporting sales strategies while building customer rapport and brand loyalty. Engage with senior managers and cover their routes to understand the sales landscape better. As this is a salaried position with commission potential, performance is critical. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee product management in designated accounts
- Foster strong relationships with customers for increased sales
- Ensure adherence to Red Bull’s product rotation standards
- Assist Account Managers by covering their routes
- Analyze competitor activity and report insights
- Preferred experience in sales or consumer goods
- Familiarity with the beverage industry is an asset
- Excellent organizational and communicative abilities
- Clean driver’s license necessary
- High school diploma or equivalent required
