Key Responsibilities
• Train and schedule restaurant staff effectively
• Monitor performance and address issues promptly
• Ensure high-quality food presentation daily
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to inform staff
• Promote teamwork through communication across departments
Requirements:
• High school diploma with one year of food service experience
• Bilingual in French and English
• Availability Wednesday to Friday, mornings and some evenings
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
