Elevate your career as a Senior Solutions Architect with Aiven, focused on open-source technology and customer success. This full-time role offers opportunities in pre-sales and post-sales capacities on the West Coast. Aiven is seeking a customer-centric Senior Solutions Architect to drive the adoption of its managed open-source services. You'll leverage your passion for technology in key areas like Apache Kafka, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. This role involves proof of concepts, customer relationship building, and active participation in the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and business success. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop successful relationships from pre-sales through implementation
- Conduct proofs of concept to address customer challenges
- Actively contribute to customer enablement and growth
- Serve as a brand ambassador through technical writing and talks
- Travel up to 20% for client engagements
- Experience in technology/software sales or consulting
- Fluency in Java, Python, Go, or Ruby
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills
- Knowledge of public cloud providers like AWS or Google
- Familiarity with search-engine ecosystems like OpenSearch
