MaintainX, recently acquired by Autodesk, is seeking a Principal Full-Stack Developer to shape technical direction across diverse platforms. You will partner with Product Managers and Designers to create user-centric solutions that impact 13,000+ customers, including iconic brands like McDonald's and DHL. This role offers ownership in defining architecture and leading teams in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define workflows for daily customer use
- Lead large project design and deliveryy
- Mentor engineers and enhance code review standards
- Drive architectural decisions on complex systems
- Foster best practices in tooling, testing, and delivery
Requirements:
- 10+ years in full-stack web/mobile development
- Expertise in TypeScript, React, Node.

- Proven experience designing scalable systems
- Strong communication for technical discussions
- Familiarity with AI tools in development processes
