Step into a rewarding role as a Customer Service Representative with U-Haul, where you’ll assist customers and manage equipment. Utilize technology and receive immediate compensation for your hard work. In this customer-facing position, you will join a supportive team dedicated to delivering exceptional service at U-Haul. You will assist customers both indoors and outdoors at the U-Haul center, manage rentals with smartphone-based technology, and perform equipment inspections. On-the-job training and certifications, such as for forklift operation, add to your skills while ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product inquiries and services
- Manage rentals using U-Scan technology
- Clean and inspect rental equipment on-site
- Prepare invoices and process equipment returns
- Drive and position trucks and trailers as needed
- Valid driver's license with a good record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift equipment weighing at least 50 lbs
- Willingness to participate in continuous training
- No nicotine use as per company policy
