Key Responsibilities
Oversee project phases, budgets, schedules, and company specifications Plan and coordinate construction, renovation, and maintenance activities Review drawings, manuals, addendums, bids, and proposals Prepare bid requests, contracts, and estimates Ensure permits, training, PPE, and regulations are followed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience Prior U-Haul experience is required Three to five years construction or repair experience Ability to operate forklifts with training OSHA certification preferred Bring project coordination, construction oversight, and compliance experience to U-Haul's assigned Vancouver locations and facilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
