- Install and service Sysmex instruments and systems
- Identify and analyze instrument problems for resolution
- Perform scheduled maintenance and necessary modifications
- Document service activities professionally and promptly
- Collaborate across teams to enhance customer support
- Associate's Degree or 2 years relevant experience
- Valid driver's license for travel within Canada
- Experience with Sysmex Hematology instruments preferred
- Knowledge of electronics and computer systems required
- Strong command of English; French is a plus
