Key Responsibilities
• Lead procurement and bid activities in collaboration with teams
• Develop thorough and precise project budgets and estimates
• Mentor and guide junior estimating staff for skill development
• Organize and manage subcontractor bids for efficiency
• Assist with project evaluation and value engineering efforts
Requirements:
• Construction-related degree with 6 to 10 years of estimating experience
• Experience in earthworks, underground, and concrete estimating
• Advanced knowledge of construction contracts and strategies
• Proficient in estimating software (Bid2win)
