- Inspire and coach sales associates on customer service
- Assist management in onboarding new team members
- Oversee daily banking procedures and POS management
- Delegate tasks to maximize store efficiency
- Communicate performance feedback to enhance team results
- Minimum 1 year retail experience in apparel
- Proven leadership skills in a sales environment
- Strong organization and problem-solving abilities
- Capacity to work flexible shifts, including weekends
