- Craft and implement strategies for alumni collaboration
- Facilitate prominent events to foster community ties
- Measure alumni engagement and program effectiveness
- Coordinate outreach and collaboration with multiple university departments
- Oversee systems and processes for alumni interactions
- 5-7 years in community or alumni engagement roles
- Proven skills in event planning and volunteer management
- Experience with budgeting over $100,000
- Strong project management capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
