Key Responsibilities Supervise daily construction operations on multi-family residential job sites. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain project schedules. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks. Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients. Maintain accurate documentation including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders. Manage site logistics, including deliveries, equipment, and workforce scheduling. Resolve field issues promptly to avoid delays or cost overruns. Lead weekly site meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as a Superintendent in multi-family residential construction. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Proven ability to manage multiple trades and phases of construction. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
