Known for its collaborative culture and technical expertise, this organization has a dedicated Special Projects division focused on smaller-scale, complex builds, many involving advanced mechanical and electrical systems. Position Overview As an Entry-Level Superintendent, you'll support site operations and ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You'll work closely with experienced leaders, gaining exposure to all aspects of construction management while developing a strong foundation in mechanical and electrical scopes. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily site coordination, scheduling, and subcontractor management. Enforce safety standards and monitor compliance on-site. Track progress and quality against project specifications. Communicate effectively with project teams and trade partners. Support issue resolution and maintain accurate documentation. Qualifications Previous site experience or exposure to construction projects is an asset. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
