Shape the future of architecture with DIALOG as a Sustainable Design Leader. This role focuses on innovative design, client relationships, and mentorship within a supportive hybrid environment. DIALOG is on the lookout for a Sustainable Design Leader with over 7 years of experience in architectural design. Your role will be instrumental in crafting sustainable strategies that reduce environmental impact while managing and mentoring project teams. Expertise in BIM and visual communication will guide your innovative solutions and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver sustainable architectural projects
- Develop relationships with clients and authorities
- Encourage collaboration and critical thinking in teams
- Provide leadership and develop expertise in the group
- Contribute to impactful design discussions and critiques
- 7+ years of architectural design experience
- Registered Architect preferred
- Strong expertise in Revit and BIM workflows
- Proven leadership in managing large projects
- Experience mentoring junior professionals
