Insight Global is seeking a strong IT infrastructure professional to join a major global enterprise in Magog, QC. The successful candidate will support infrastructure projects across global datacenters and manufacturing plants. These projects span three key categories:
• Risk Management Projects: Focused on infrastructure maintenance and reliability.
• Integration Projects: Supporting system and technology integration efforts.
• Business Projects: Delivered in collaboration with business stakeholders or other DCTI delivery teams.

Collaborate with the team to define and deliver user stories and project milestones.
• Participate to technical evaluations, consulting, and solution design for cloud and on-premises projects.
• Ensure efficient project delivery aligned with standard architecture principles.
• Clarify requirements to meet customer needs and expectations.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Identify and document IT risks for mitigation planning.
• Document and communicate processes for deployment and operational use.
• Process Improvement
• Actively contribute to Scrum ceremonies, including sprint retrospectives.
• Support implementation and sustainability of new processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and ensure follow-up on corrective actions.

Le candidat retenu soutiendra des projets d'infrastructure dans les centres de données et les usines de fabrication du monde entier. Ces projets se répartissent en trois grandes catégories :

• Projets de gestion des risques : axés sur la maintenance et la fiabilité de l'infrastructure.

• Livrer les projets dans les délais et le budget impartis.

• Contribuer activement aux cérémonies Scrum, y compris aux rétrospectives de sprint.
