As Graphic Designer, you will bring the brand to life across print and digital media and materials to support brand growth around the world. In collaboration with the Brand and Marketing teams, you will create and implement materials and assets that will support campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness, propel consumer engagement, and drive conversion. 
Your responsibilities encompass brand asset creation to support digital advertising campaigns, social media presence, and customer marketing requests to ensure a consistent brand image across all channels. 

Create visual concepts, layouts and designs for various marketing materials such as product catalogues, advertisements, social media graphics, website elements, and more

• Maintain and continue development of the company's brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design projects and materials

• Work closely with the Marketing, Brand and Business Development teams to understand project requirements and translate them into design solutions

• Design digital content for websites, social media, and email campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and brand aesthetics

• Revise and update designs based on feedback and ensure final deliverables meet project requirements and deadlines

• Organize and manage digital assets

Other duties and/or projects as assigned by the VP, Marketing and Creative Director

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field 
~Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign/AfterEffects)
~ Proficiency with 3D rendering software, animation and compositing experience preferred
~ Familiarity with web design tools is an asset
~ Strong creative skills with the ability to think out-of-the-box and deliver innovative designs
