About the role: Pomp & Circumstance is hiring a Graphic Design & Content Coordinator for our sister creative agency, Bonus Track. We're looking for someone with an equal passion for graphic design and content creation — someone who is as excited to design standout assets for digital, print, and beyond as they are to contribute to social media content and campaigns. This person has hands-on experience in graphic design and a strong awareness of what's trending on social media and what makes content resonate. The ideal candidate is professional, adaptable, and filled with ideas, with the ability to confidently create both graphic and short-form video content for brands across industries like finance, sports, lifestyle, and hospitality, while maintaining a polished and engaging presence.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design eye-catching social media graphics, event visuals, and branded assets using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
  • Develop short-form video content that aligns with both current trends and brand guidelines, ensuring designs reflect each client's identity, voice, and aesthetic
  • Create and adapt visuals optimized for multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, , etc.), following platform best practices
  • Collaborate with the social team to brainstorm, plan, and execute engaging content strategies
  • Contribute to content shoots, including scheduling, scouting, creating shot lists, and supporting production
  • Stay ahead of design trends, social media moments, and emerging content formats, bringing fresh ideas forward to keep work relevant and engaging
  • Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Organize and maintain design files, templates, and asset libraries to ensure smooth workflows
  • Liaise with internal teams and clients to manage feedback and deliver content on time
  • Support with proposals and presentations that highlight the impact of content and social media efforts
  • Track hours and expenses accurately
  • An interest in appearing on-camera and contributing to creator-led content as a brand representative is a bonus, but not required

About You:

  • You have 2 years of experience in Content Creation or Graphic Design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva
  • Comfortable capturing and editing iPhone content for Reels and TikTok
  • A strong portfolio showcasing examples of social content (such as reels, curated carousels, etc.) and design work. Experience with brand-guided projects is a bonus
  • Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining design consistency across platforms
  • A deep understanding of social media trends, what drives engagement, and what makes content stand out
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong typography skills, and a natural eye for design
  • Ability to work efficiently, juggle multiple deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities with ease
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and maintain asset libraries, templates, and shared resources
  • Confident collaborating across teams and with clients, bringing creative ideas to life through clear communication
  • A proactive, eager-to-learn mindset with a passion for content creation and brand storytelling
  • Bonus: Experience supporting or managing content shoots (scheduling, scouting, shot lists)
  • Bonus: Experience appearing on camera in creator-led content
