Build qualified pipeline at Botpress through ABM and multi-channel demand generation. Lead experimentation for larger accounts, including enterprise, in a sales-led motion. As Demand Generation Lead, you will make Botpress’s sales-led acquisition repeatable. You will create demand for target accounts through events, paid media, direct mail, gifting, outbound inputs, and account-based marketing. The role combines strategic judgment with hands-on execution across channels.

Key Responsibilities

Lead invite-only events and conference-adjacent experiences Build ABM plays for named accounts Manage paid media on a small budget Own targeting, segments, messaging, and outbound content Direct the acquisition experiment portfolio and vendors

Requirements:

Curiosity and ability to form strategic points of view High follow-through and consistent execution Ability to delegate effectively to agencies and teammates Deep expertise in one channel and flexibility across others Strong use of AI in thinking, processes, and agents Shape Botpress demand generation through ABM, events, paid media, outbound, and disciplined acquisition experimentation for target accounts.
