LeverageTek is actively seeking a Payroll Specialist (Paycom) for a 6-month contract with its global client. Work Location Remote Key Tasks Process full-cycle payroll for approx. 1400 employees across multiple entities. Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution in compliance with company policies and regional regulations. Maintain and reconcile payroll records, employee data, and time & attendance entries. Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, employee inquiries, and system-related issues. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and regional business partners to ensure data integrity and alignment. Prepare payroll reports, audits, and documentation as required for internal and external stakeholders. Support payroll year-end activities, including tax forms, reconciliations, and reporting. Assist with process improvements and documentation of payroll procedures. Key Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with Paycom, including end-to-end US payroll processing, system navigation, data validation, reporting, and ensuring compliance with federal and state payroll regulations. Proven ability to process high-volume payroll: Specifically for 1,400 employees, high volume, across multiple entities Must have strong English communication, high-volume payroll, and ability to handle a complex fast-paced environment Qualifications 3–5+ years of high-volume payroll experience, ideally within a large, global, or multi-entity organization. Strong experience with Paycom Strong US Payroll experience Proven experience processing payroll for over 1,000 employees Solid understanding of payroll legislation, compliance requirements, and best practices Advanced attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting tools About LeverageTek Staffing Solutions Thank you for taking the time to apply Since our company's inception in March 2003, LeverageTek Staffing Solutions has worked to become a trusted partner with our consultants and customers.
