What We're Looking For.
We're growing our recruitment team and need someone with proven experience working in fast-scaling companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of creating recruitment strategies, taking initiative, and successfully building and leading teams through periods of growth. This role will report to the CMO.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or a related digital marketing role.
- A track record of creating effective recruitment strategies that drive volume and quality of candidates.
- Evidence that you've created cost-effective, data-informed campaigns that drive applications and increase brand awareness.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, content creation, community management, and storytelling techniques.
- The ability to write instructional, informative and creative copy and to work with agency staff to create compelling accompanying graphics and video.
- Thorough understanding of lifecycle marketing and how to move prospects down the funnel, mostly through digital media.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. We're a young company experiencing rapid growth, and that comes with lots of change and newness.

What You'll Do:
As the Recruitment Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment marketing strategy to attract top talent and elevate the candidate experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Recruitment Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop a full recruitment marketing plan, including setting clear targets and budgets.
- Design and implement a recruitment-specific content strategy for various platforms, including social media, the company website, and paid media.
- Build a site map for the careers section of the website, incorporating SEO best practices to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Create marketing collateral for every stage of the applicant journey to deliver a consistent and engaging candidate experience.
Platform & Vendor Management
- Establish a recruitment tech stack, including the implementation of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Identify and manage platform partners and external vendors to optimize the recruitment process.
Candidate Experience Design
- Map out the complete candidate experience, ensuring touchpoints are personalized and follow-up processes are well-defined.
- Continuously refine touchpoints based on performance data to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Content & Social Media Strategy
- Build and execute a content strategy to showcase the company's employer brand across multiple channels.
- Develop and manage a social media strategy to amplify recruitment marketing efforts and engage with potential candidates.
Event & PR Management
- Create and execute an event strategy to build brand awareness and attract talent through targeted events.
- Develop a PR plan to support both ongoing campaigns and situational opportunities, ensuring consistent visibility in the market.
Data & Insight Collection
- Collect and analyze performance data from various recruitment marketing channels.
- Use insights to adjust strategies, optimize campaigns, and ensure the best return on investment across all platforms.
Relationship Development
- Build partnerships with schools, institutions, and community organizations to strengthen talent pipelines.
- Develop content and resources for school programs that support career readiness and success.
- Establish relationships with educational leaders to share insights and offer value to students and educators.
