The junior estimator is responsible for accurately estimating the cost of labor, equipment, and materials for projects. Understanding and preparing take-offs from project drawings. Reviewing and approving project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and change orders. Effective use of estimating software to produce accurate bids (Trimble) Obtain pricing from vendors, suppliers/subcontractors and incorporate it into the estimate Track, process, and report estimating department goals, and progress and maintain historical data Maintain estimating workbooks and databases Positive attitude and a desire for continuous improvement for self and the organization ~ Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook ~ Professional designation in engineering is an asset ~ Intermediate understanding of Trimble is an asset Perks of Working with Lisi Mechanical Dental Life Insurance Paid Vacation Time Competitive Salary
