Greenwin Corp is seeking a dedicated Superintendent with 2 to 5 years of experience in building maintenance or property management. You will manage leasing processes, coordinate services with contractors, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Providing after-hours support, you'll be the primary contact for residents, addressing concerns and maintaining high satisfaction levels. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for resident inquiries and issues
- Oversee daily operations, including safety and maintenance tasks
- Manage leasing processes and ensure compliance with policies
- Conduct inspections and oversee repair work completion
- Facilitate vendor access and maintain positive relationships
- 2 to 5 years in building maintenance or property management
- Technical certifications in plumbing, electrical work, or HVAC preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license may be required
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
