Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the main contact for resident inquiries and issues
• Oversee daily operations, including safety and maintenance tasks
• Manage leasing processes and ensure compliance with policies
• Conduct inspections and oversee repair work completion
• Facilitate vendor access and maintain positive relationships
Requirements:
• 2 to 5 years in building maintenance or property management
• Technical certifications in plumbing, electrical work, or HVAC preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license may be required
