As Regional Vice President, you will build the assigned territory and support company growth and business objectives. Reporting to the COO, you will develop new business, manage regional expenses, supervise leaders, and maintain performance across key measures. Your background should include insurance industry and management experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop business and facilitate assigned-region growthManage field operations against regional objectivesPrepare and manage the annual regional budgetApprove expenses and address staffing needsLead regional meetings and staff development effortsRequirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experienceTen years of insurance industry experience minimumFive years of management experience minimumStrong communication, organization, and workload prioritizationComputer, analytical, Excel, and Word proficiencyBring insurance-sector business development, regional budgeting, and people leadership experience to Sedgwick's Hamilton operations.
