As an integral part of the BCLM Operations team, you will be responsible for the planning and coordination of fuel delivery schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective service deliveries. Ideal candidates will have transportation familiarity coupled with strong organization skills and a customer-centric approach in fast-paced settings. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute fuel delivery orders efficiently
- Integrate delivery requirements of new customers smoothly
- Analyze routing discrepancies to implement improvements
- Foster communication with all operational stakeholders
- Provide administrative support for data entry and compliance
- 2+ years in operational or administrative roles
- Knowledge of transportation in the BC Lower Mainland
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
- Excellent skills for building customer relationships
