Make a difference at Cst Daniel Woodall YMCA as a Level 3 Early Childhood Educator in Edmonton, AB. Guide children aged 0-12 through vibrant learning and growth experiences. This impactful role at the YMCA of Northern Alberta involves delivering high-quality early childhood programs and fostering individual development. You'll engage children in activities that stimulate their creativity and learning. Daily parent communication is key for development updates and support. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement engaging curriculum for social and emotional growth
- Create activities that encourage exploration and creativity
- Document and observe children’s behavioral development
- Ensure safety following YMCA and health regulations
- Update parents on their children’s progress
- Work experience with children preferred
- Required Level 3 Child Care Certification (or in progress)
- Standard First Aid & CPR – C needed
- Must complete a Police Information Check
- Familiar with tablets and Microsoft Office
