Someone who will support the dealership's financial operations by processing transactions, maintaining records, and assisting with general accounting duties. Accounts Receivable (AR): # Process customer payments accurately and promptly. # Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collection. # Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently. # Generate and distribute invoices and account statements. # Maintain accurate financial records for audit purposes. # Accounts Payable (AP): # Review, verify, and process vendor invoices. # Ensure timely payment of vendor bills while adhering to dealership policies. # Support internal and external audits with necessary documentation. # Collaborate with the finance team to ensure best practices in financial operations. # You need these qualifications
Education:
Post-secondary diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 1‑2 years of accounting experience. Technical
Skills:
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., CDK Global, Reynolds & Reynolds) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Knowledge: Familiarity with standard accounting practices, the automotive industry. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
