This casual contract role allows you to be a crucial connection between our partners and our ministry. You'll engage with donors, manage inquiries, and strengthen relationships while participating in daily prayer ministry to uplift supporters. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to donor inquiries via calls and emails
- Build ongoing relationships with donors and partners
- Maintain accurate donor records and reports
- Personalize thank-you cards to express gratitude
- Assist in monitoring Sponsor Me campaigns
- Commitment to Christian values and Samaritan’s Purse beliefs
- Post-secondary diploma and experience in office administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
