Key Responsibilities
• Drive financial performance through budgeting and cost control
• Oversee food production and service delivery
• Recruit and mentor frontline staff for success
• Maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in foodservice
• ProServe, Food Safe, or equivalent certification
• Strong understanding of food and operational cost controls
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
