Become a key leader at Compass as a Unit Manager, driving operational excellence and team success in a dynamic foodservice environment. Lead frontline teams and oversee budgets and food quality with a focus on customer satisfaction. As a Unit Manager, you will manage day-to-day activities to ensure financial performance and operational effectiveness. With a minimum of two years of relevant management experience, you will recruit and train associates while fostering a positive workplace culture. Your responsibilities include overseeing foodservice operations, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive financial performance through budgeting and cost control
- Oversee food production and service delivery
- Recruit and mentor frontline staff for success
- Maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in foodservice
- ProServe, Food Safe, or equivalent certification
- Strong understanding of food and operational cost controls
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
