Role: AI Engineer Location: Toronto ON (Hybrid 3 days in a week)
Type of Hire: FTE


Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI solutions leveraging LangGraph , RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) , and Vector Databases .
Build and optimize Conversational BI (Business Intelligence) frameworks for data interaction and analysis.
Implement scalable AI workflows and pipelines using Python and SQL .
Utilize Azure OpenAI and AWS services to integrate AI capabilities with enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-driven products.
Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and reliability of deployed AI solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
~6+ years of hands-on software development experience.
~ Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and backend logic.
~ Proven expertise with Azure OpenAI and AWS cloud services.
~ Experience in building conversational AI apps using LangGraph and RAG methodologies.
~ Familiarity with Vector Databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) for semantic search and knowledge retrieval.
~ Strong understanding of conversational design patterns and data visualization in BI systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
Background in data engineering, NLP, or machine learning.
Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise systems or BI tools like Power BI/Tableau.
Knowledge of CI/CD practices and DevOps tools in cloud environments.
