Become the ambassador of Indigo’s mission while empowering your staff to excel. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop internal talent for a sustainable leadership pipeline
- Model and promote a customer-centric culture in-store
- Engage the community through marketing and events
- Uphold employee well-being and safety practices
- Meet and exceed sales plans consistently
- College degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted
- At least 3 years of management experience required
- Flexibility to adjust to various shifts, including weekends
- Ability to lift medium to large items safely
- Bilingualism in French and English necessary for roles in Québec
