You'll manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions, combining technical skill with a patient-centered approach. Key Responsibilities:
- Create LLM-based clinical workflow tools and agents
- Develop backend services integrating machine learning applications
- Address complex clinical questions within AI systems
- Build robust evaluation and monitoring systems for AI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI capabilities
- 7+ years of experience in AI or machine learning engineering
- 2+ years hands-on with LLM-powered applications
- Strong backend development experience in Python and SQL
- Familiarity with multi-step AI workflows and LLM tools
- Proven track record in deploying production AI systems
