Lead LensCrafters optical operations with a valid state license, supporting sales performance and patient care in a full-time position.
The Assistant Manager leads when the Store Manager is absent and supports business results within LensCrafters. This position applies retail knowledge, optical expertise, and team leadership to serve community vision needs. It also connects Retail, Lab, and Doctor functions to improve outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver results across sales, conversion, traffic, and profitability KPIs
- Support business plans and diagnose opportunities for recovery
- Train team members and provide timely constructive feedback
- Maintain store appearance, visual directives, and safe operations
- Dispense eyewear, adjust frames, and perform digital measurements
Requirements:
- Current and valid state Opticianry license
- One or more years managing direct reports
- High school graduation or equivalent
- Retail operations knowledge and strong basic math skills
- Strong communication, selling, and problem-solving abilities
