Key Responsibilities:
- Lead teams delivering exceptional customer service
- Drive sales partnerships and review metrics reports
- Hire, onboard, train, and develop associates
- Manage performance appraisals and career action plans
- Maintain team communication and sales tool execution
Requirements:
- Two to three years of retail management experience
- Accountability for sales and service targets
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing talent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong prioritization, organization, and multitasking abilities
