- Lead and motivate teams through recognition and mentorship
- Execute planograms and merchandising directives accurately
- Conduct effective team meetings and coaching sessions
- Oversee inventory and shrink targets proactively
- Hold teams accountable for required training
- 4+ years in retail; 12-24 months in leadership
- Strong automotive background and parts knowledge
- Familiarity with computer systems
- Valid driver's license as an asset
- Automotive training/certification advantageous
