Drive AI infrastructure innovation as the Technical Solutions Development Manager at Google Cloud in Waterloo, ON. Lead troubleshooting efforts and customer issue resolution, working in a non-standard shift environment. This role focuses on managing complex customer challenges related to AI/ML deployment. As a leader, you will develop expertise in troubleshooting across the hardware-software interface. You'll be key to ensuring fast resolution times for clients while collaborating with product teams to enhance service quality. Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues on AI/ML infrastructure
- Enhance understanding of AI workloads and hardware architectures
- Act as a consultant for internal teams and stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product and Development teams for improvements
- Monitor customer escalations and lead effective solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent experience
- Experience with Linux/Unix systems
- Familiarity with AI/ML hardware and frameworks
- Knowledge of container orchestration tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills across technology stacks
