Key Responsibilities
Source and screen potential IT candidates for permanent openings Analyze candidate information against available job openings Build relationships with consultants, contractors, and specified clients Prioritize and track job orders for client needs Grow the database of qualified applicants
Requirements:
Three-plus years of Technical Recruiting experience Proven success in a fast-paced team environment Ability to use recruiting processes and technology tools productively Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills Ability to decide, take direction, and execute plans Apply technical recruiting, candidate matching, and relationship-building skills with Randstad's Digital Specialty team in downtown Toronto.
