Location : Downtown Toronto (Hybrid) | Full-time
Are you looking to step into the world of recruitment and build a long-term career with an award-winning agency? This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong client service skills and an administrative or hospitality background who’s ready to transition into recruitment.
We’re looking for a driven, proactive, and curious individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is hungry to succeed. You’ll be supported with training, mentorship, and exposure to a wide range of industries, while contributing to the success of our clients and candidates from day one.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with our consultants to identify, research, and engage top talent.
- Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Use your research skills and curiosity to source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
- Support the sales and recruitment teams with coordination, administration, and proactive communication.
- Take ownership of projects and continuously look for ways to improve processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Outstanding client service skills with a friendly, professional approach.
- Excellent technical skills, including strong proficiency with systems, research, and communication tools.
- Naturally curious, proactive, and driven personality – a true go-getter.
- University or College education preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality or administration (particularly supporting a sales team) highly regarded.
- A passion for people and a genuine desire to build a career in recruitment.
