You will play a pivotal role on a collaborative engagement team with responsibilities that range from analyzing client issues and interviewing key personnel to developing recommendations and authoring presentations. As part of our ServiceNow ETP team, you will collaborate with cross-functional professionals to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and industry best practices. You'll be instrumental in enabling clients to unlock the full potential of ServiceNow's ETP capabilities, ranging from workflow automation and process integration to data management and advanced analytics. In the context of mandates, you could work for clients with activities outside of Quebec and where the first language is English. Ottawa Location: Employees in the Ottawa practice will be required to obtain "reliability" and/or "Secret" level federal security clearances as a condition of their employment. To be eligible for a "Reliability" status you must have resided in Canada for the last five (5) years and for "Secret" level, the last ten (10) years. Total Rewards The salary range for this position is $35,000 - $80,000 and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
