*Position:* Personal Injury Litigation Lawyer *Location:* St. John's, Newfoundland *Type:* Permanent, Full-Time *Compensation:* Competitive - will commensurate with experience and type of practice (base + bonus based on fees)*About the Opportunity* We are seeking a *Personal Injury Lawyer* to join our growing team. The position is in St. John's, Newfoundland. The ideal candidate has a strong background in personal injury litigation and a commitment to client service excellence. You will manage an existing diverse caseload of motor vehicle accident, slip and fall, and disability claim files, supported by a collaborative administrative and paralegal team. Company marketing initiatives generate new file creation while the successful candidate also can bring and grow their client base. *Responsibilities*· Handle all aspects of personal injury files from intake to settlement or trial. · Conduct client meetings, discoveries, mediations, and negotiations. · Draft pleadings, affidavits, briefs, and correspondence. · Manage limitation dates, reporting requirements, and file flow. · Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely and efficient file progress. · Maintain productive and effective communication with claims departments and adjusters. *Qualifications*· Member in good standing with the *Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador* (or eligible for admission). · Minimum 2 years' experience in *personal injury litigation* (plaintiff or defence). · Strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills. · Client-focused with excellent attention to detail and file management. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. *Why Join Us*· Steady stream of established personal injury work. · Supportive administrative and paralegal infrastructure. · Competitive compensation structure tailored to experience and productivity. · Opportunity for long-term growth in a stable, values-driven practice. *To Apply* Please submit your resume, a brief cover letter, and your call year to * *.
