About the Role You will be the person who runs the business day-to-day — leading our leadership team, building systems, and turning vision into execution. Your Focus: Lead and coach department heads (Factory Production, Operations, Finance, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales) Run L10 meetings and create clear priorities and scorecards Solve cross-department challenges quickly and calmly Build scalable systems for sustainable growth Keep everyone on the same page and accountable to results Travel periodically to our Tennessee facility to support operations and cross-border alignment Reporting directly to ownership, the Managing Director (Integrator Role) will be deeply involved in both high-level strategy and day-to-day execution. You’ll lead with a hands‑on approach—rolling up your sleeves to improve processes, strengthen teams, and implement scalable systems that support sustainable growth across North America. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a proven track record in business transformation, operational excellence, and strategic execution. You have a history of leading teams through growth and change, building alignment between vision and execution, and ensuring that operational performance supports long-term business goals.
