Our partner is looking for a HubSpot Implementation Specialist based in Canada. As a HubSpot Implementation Specialist, you will own the end-to-end delivery of streamlined HubSpot implementations for clients. You will configure CRM objects, pipelines, automations, reports, and other core components using established templates and best practices. The role combines hands-on HubSpot expertise, project ownership, client communication, and continuous process improvement. You will ensure implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and to a consistently high standard of quality. Working closely with Sales and other delivery teams, you will help create smooth transitions and identify when clients require more tailored solutions. You will also analyze recurring patterns and provide feedback that strengthens implementation templates, processes, and products. This is an opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment while helping clients build stronger revenue operations foundations. Deliver end-to-end HubSpot implementations using established templates, proven methodologies, and best practices. Configure core HubSpot components, including CRM objects, pipelines, automations, and reporting. Own implementation quality, project timelines, and delivery outcomes for assigned clients. Clearly communicate implementation scope, manage expectations, and confidently address requests that fall outside the agreed scope. Identify recurring client needs, implementation patterns, and process gaps to improve existing templates and delivery workflows. Provide structured feedback that helps strengthen and evolve implementation products and processes. Collaborate closely with Sales and other delivery stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions from initial engagement through implementation and handover. Identify when client requirements exceed the scope of standardized implementations and support escalation toward more tailored solutions. Maintain clear documentation covering implementation builds, processes, and client handovers. Lead client conversations and meetings, communicate recommendations clearly, and help stakeholders reach timely decisions. Demonstrate ownership, resourcefulness, and a continuous-improvement mindset across implementation and client delivery activities. 1-2 years of experience in implementation, project management, or a related delivery-focused role. ~ Previous experience working in a customer-facing position with responsibility for client communication and stakeholder engagement. ~ Proven project and organizational management skills, including the ability to manage priorities and take ownership of key deliverables. ~ Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships. ~ Humble, collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn from challenges, seek support, and contribute to a team-oriented environment. ~ Ability to thrive in a creative, fast-paced startup environment and adapt effectively as priorities evolve. ~ HubSpot certifications in areas such as Revenue Operations, Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, HubSpot Trainer, Implementation, Reporting, Solutions Partner, or Platform Consulting are a plus. work-from-anywhere remote environment. ~ Health, dental, and vision insurance, with most costs covered for eligible full-time U.401(k) plan with a 1.5% company match on the first 2% contributed for eligible full-time U.
