Key Responsibilities
• Listen to customer issues and diagnose service needs
• Confirm warranty and service contract details
• Create estimates based on parts and labor costs
• Document repair orders in the service database
• Provide support and information to customers
Requirements:
• Strong customer service skills required
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Automotive knowledge a plus
• Valid G Driver's License required
