This experienced Family Law Lawyer will practice within a collegial team of family law professionals. The work covers custody, parenting arrangements, access, support, property division, and complex disputes. Strong academic credentials, DivorceMate knowledge, and effective client management are central to the position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and represent clients on Ontario family law matters
- Develop strategies for complex family law disputes
- Negotiate settlements and pursue practical resolutions
- Prepare pleadings, affidavits, applications, and domestic contracts
- Participate in court proceedings, conferences, and motions
Requirements:
- Experience practicing family law in Ontario
- Thorough knowledge of DivorceMate
- Experience resolving complex custody, support, and property matters
- Strong academic credentials and professional work standards
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and client-management skills
