This full-time, temporary position offers a chance to enhance public safety. As a Case Administrator, you will be pivotal in managing client records and ensuring compliance with legal standards. Your role involves coordinating Immediate Roadside Sanctions reviews and providing IT guidance to clients. You’ll also secure disclosure documents, facilitating critical judicial processes within the Ministry of Justice. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update client records in MOVES
- Provide guidance on interpreting driver records
- Schedule and coordinate IRS reviews effectively
- Prepare legal documents and correspondence for hearings
- Process applications for vehicle seizure and refunds
- High School Diploma and three years of related experience
- Strong skills in M365, Teams, and Outlook applications
- Experience in a contact centre is an asset
- Understanding of administrative adjudication functions
- Familiarity with privacy and traffic legislation
