Developing strategies, plans, and data and system architecture. Defining and managing budgets. Overseeing and project managing key elements of software and solution life-cycle. Working with colleagues and peers as part of a development and support team. Testing solutions. Developing support strategies. Settling solutions on to stable-state operations whilst retaining some reach-back support. Liaise with partner IT functions; and other stakeholder IT functions; client and supply chain partners. Define the Digital Team structure, recruit team member, line manage and develop the team to be high performing and support their well-being. To engage seamlessly with other teams within the client project eco-system. Develop and keep your business and technical knowledge and networks current and continuously improving. Experience as a Digital Lead or supporting a Digital Lead on one or more previous major construction projects or programmes. Strategic thinking and planning related to technology. Software selection and implementation, Software licensing. Evaluation and architecture of construction and real-estate digital eco-systems. Technology supplier management. IT Project Management capabilities and qualifications. Technology and software used in the real estate and construction project management sector. Good stake-holder management. People management in direct and matrix management modes. Information security, data protection and risk assessment. A willingness to share knowledge and support the development of others. We are also open to discussing part time, flexible, and hybrid working options if suitable with-in the role. #
